Shipping & Delivery Times

We currently deliver to the following countries:

• Austria: 1–3 working days

• Germany: 2–5 working days

• EU member states: 3–7 working days

• Switzerland: 3–7 working days

👉 The stated delivery times apply from the date the goods are shipped.

Deadline & Shipping

• Orders placed before 11:00 AM (weekdays) are usually shipped the same day.

• Orders placed after 11:00 AM → Shipping on the next business day

• No shipping on Sundays and public holidays.

Shipping costs

The shipping costs are as follows:

• Austria: €5.90 – free for orders over €59

• Germany: €9.90 – free for orders over €79

• EU member states: €9.90 – free for orders over €99 – No additional taxes or duties within the EU

• Switzerland: €25.00 – free for orders over €150
