RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 7 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 7 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

You must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than our standard delivery option), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive your cancellation notice.

The refund will be issued to the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed products that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been removed after delivery.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal:

– opened or unsealed food products (hemp products, snacks, teas)
– opened food supplements (e.g. CBD oils)
– opened cosmetic and hygiene products (e.g. soaps, creams, balms)

Shipping information

We currently deliver to the following countries:

• Austria: Standard shipping 1–3 working days

• Germany: Delivery time 2–5 working days

• Switzerland: Delivery time 3–6 working days

• Entire EU 3-7 working days

• Other countries available upon request

Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process and depend on weight and destination region.

Refund period

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your return and inspecting the goods.
