CBD Energy Syrup Recipe Our Herb Seefeld

Ingredients for about 1 liter of power syrup:

▪️ approx. 6-7 organic lemons

▪️ 250 grams of ginger

▪️ 500 grams of honey

▪️ 500 ml water or unsweetened CBD hemp flower tea

▪️ Special Power Boost additional tip:

8 capsules zinc picolinate

ℹ️ Zinc is an essential trace element and in high doses it can not only prevent colds, but also reduce infections and shorten the course of the disease. And it is good for skin, hair and nails.

ℹ️ Lemons are very healthy because of their high vitamin C content.

ℹ️ Not only the juice of the citrus fruit is healthy, the lemon peel (zest) in particular contains many vitamins - especially vitamin C. This ensures a strong immune system. Other ingredients in the lemon peel such as bioflavonoids and pectins also make the lemon zest a superfood.

ℹ️ Ginger stimulates the circulation, activates the metabolism and is good for the stomach.

ℹ️ Antioxidants contained stimulate our immune system and support the immune system.

ℹ️ Organic hemp tea is rich in secondary plant substances and essential oils.

Preparation:

· Wash lemons and ginger thoroughly with warm water

· Squeeze the lemons and cut the peel into small pieces

· Cut the ginger into small pieces and put it in a saucepan with the lemon peel

· Add honey and water/tea and stir well

· Bring to the boil and simmer over low heat for about five minutes

· Allow to cool and then add the lemon juice. Stir well

· Pour the finished syrup through a sieve into a bottle

· If available, open zinc capsules and stir in contents

· Store in a cool place and enjoy diluted with water or tea
