Fast and uncomplicated -
Baking bread with hemp - even for inexperienced people
Working time 7 minutes
Baking time 1 hour
INGREDIENTS:
400 grams of wholemeal spelt flour
100 grams of hemp flour
150 grams of hemp seeds or others, can also be supplemented with crushed hemp flowers
½ litre lukewarm water
1 packet of yeast
2 tsp salt
2 tbsp fruit vinegar e.g. apple cider vinegar
PREPARATION:
Baking bread with hemp is very easy
Mix all ingredients in the order in which they are listed and use a mixer fitted with a dough hook to knead the dough into a dough. The dough will remain rather liquid.
Line a cake tin with baking paper. (Ideally size approx. 30 x 15 cm)
Place the dish in the COLD oven on the middle rack and bake with top and bottom heat at 200 degrees for exactly 1 hour.
This bread stays juicy for a long time and the crust is crispy. It tastes really hearty and is healthy and digestible thanks to the hemp and wholemeal spelt flour.
