Hemp Smoothie - Turbo Energy Detox

With this special hemp smoothie you get the POWER BOOST!
Recipe for one person: (⏱7 min)
Ingredients you need:
50 grams of blueberries
2 cm fresh ginger
200 ml plant milk (e.g. soy, rice, coconut)
1 pinch of Bourbon vanilla
¼ teaspoon cinnamon (Ceylon cinnamon)
1 tbsp organic hemp seed oil
1 tbsp hemp protein “Beauty Food”
Wash and dry the berries, peel the ginger and cut it into small pieces and puree it well together with the berries in a blender.
Add the milk, oil and protein powder and mix.
Add vanilla, cinnamon.
AND HERE IS THE SECRET TRICK for the hemp smoothie:
If you are already a user, add 2 drops of CBD Natural Extract Premium Oil or the contents of an oil capsule!
If you want it sweeter, you can refine the smoothie with a little honey.
